Return Policy All sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds regardless of damage or performance. Purchaser is responsible for assessing package for shipping damage upon arrival, and must report any shipping damage to the carrier. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to the customer at your cost. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted. We make every effort to ensure that products are completely functional and free of any damage before shipment from our warehouse. We will not accept any vehicle returns based on unsatisfactory legal status. Please check the legal requirements in your state. Safety Compliance Agreement By purchasing any of our bikes, the purchaser agrees that GK MOTORSPORTS is not responsible for any accident or injuries that may occur for any reason (including manufacturer's default). Purchaser must comply with all state laws and safety procedures where purchaser intends to use these bikes. Most of these bikes are for children 10 years or older and can be very dangerous if safety precautions are not taken. As a parent or legal guardian, purchaser takes full responsibility for the safety of any minor operating these vehicles, and will comply with state and federal safety laws. Waiver of Liability By purchasing this item, buyer agrees to the following waiver of liability without question: I hereby agree to release and forever discharge GK MOTORSPORTS, and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf and the manufacturer from any and all claims, actions, damages, liability, cost or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected to my participation or use of this product, use of equipment or property supplied by GK MOTORSPORTS, whether or not such claims, actions, damages, liability, cost or
expenses are caused by the negligence of the seller, the manufacturer or the distributor. By this AGREEMENT, it is my intention to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal right to seek damages from GK MOTORSPORTS and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf. This AGREEMENT shall be affecting and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives and assigns. I hereby certify that I am over the age of 18 years of age. I have carefully read the foregoing and acknowledge that I understand and AGREE to all of the above terms and conditions. I have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this AGREEMENT and the affect of the same. I am aware that by purchasing this item and sending/remitting payment for it/them, I assume all risk and waive and release certain substantial rights that I may have or possess. I therefore release all liability and waive all rights I may have in regards to my or my child's activities with the above item(s).
